We are currently seeking experienced Head Chefs to oversee the entire kitchen operation in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage menus, ensuring optimal cost control through recipe creation and costing strategies Optimize inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls to drive efficiency Create operational solutions to enhance service speed and quality, maintaining high standards of excellence Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on departmental finances, including food, labor costs, and inventory management Lead and develop the back-of-house team, fostering growth and expertise To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, with a major in Culinary Arts. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced dining environment or similar establishment is required.
