Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing Overall responsibility for creating and implementing the company's marketing and communications strategies, including internal and external communications, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing all strategic communications with external audiences and collaborating with various business and operational teams to highlight the company's mission and achievements. The role will utilize a diverse mix of marketing, advertising, and media campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. The department will act as the brand guardian and develop communications policies based on best practices. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications Master's degree in relevant fields (preferred)Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Professional chartered marketer (CIM) certification (a plus)Experience with digital and print marketing Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: Knowledge of the payments sector and Bahrain/regional markets Proficiency with current online and offline marketing techniques and best practices Strong leadership and managerial skills, including performance management, mentoring, and talent development Excellent influencing and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Conflict management and problem-solving skills Strong collaboration and partnership skills
