Job Purpose: The Supervisor contributes to store success by assisting the Brand Operations Manager in leading a team to achieve outstanding business results while creating and maintaining a unique shop experience. This role requires dynamic and clear store leadership to optimize sales, products, staff, and operations, delivering the budgeted financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set an example and encourage all employees to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
  • Meet and exceed service standards and sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Acquire product knowledge information to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Spend time on the selling floor working with customers to assist with their product selections.
  • Follow and abide by the company's register and cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Create additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other items.
  • Support and participate in inventory management functions, including receiving procedures and physical inventories.
  • Participate in safety and security standards at all times.
  • Assist in meeting brand image and housekeeping standards.
  • Attend and participate in store meetings and company training sessions as required.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and health and safety measures.

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in retail confectionery in the UAE & GCC.
  • Effective communication skills in English - essential.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in retail operations.
  • Flexible working hours (Day/Night).
  • Able to maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
  • A team player with the ability to work under pressure in an extremely busy store.
