As a Warehouse and Stockroom Coordinator at RESO, you will play a vital role in maintaining the back store standards of our Bahrain-based retail group. This includes ensuring a well-organized back store arrangement and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The primary responsibilities of this position involve working inside the back store and supporting the selling floor. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining the standards of the back store, receiving, dispatching, and replenishing stocks.
  • Pricing individual items received from the warehouse.
  • Repacking products and merchandising, while maintaining the cleanliness of the shop including the back store.
  • Providing the highest standard of customer service and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Warehouse and Stockroom Coordinator will include:

  • Being involved in stock control and management.
  • Stocking shelves with merchandise on the shop floor and in the back store.
  • Maintaining proper stock records for items used for repacking and hampers.
  • Maintaining consistent standards of repacking products, gift hampers, lollipop packing, etc.
  • Ensuring minimal materials wastage during repacking and making hampers.
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy working place and adhering to store safety guidelines.
  • Reporting inventory discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
  • Keeping the working floor/back store tidy and clean, including vacuuming and mopping.
  • Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
  • Attaching price tags to each merchandise on the shop floor and back store.
  • Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters.
Requirements

To be successful as a Warehouse and Stockroom Coordinator, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English.

You should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales and inventory level. Additionally, you must be able to work as part of a sales team, able to work in any department within the store, and possess knowledge of inventory techniques. A smart appearance and articulate communication skills are also essential.
