Application Analyst Ensure all operational requests and new requests from customers are delivered within SLA and KPI. Act as a single point of contact for all incidents, problems, RCA assigned to you. Ensure process compliance in terms of Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Vendor Management, CR and Change Management, etc. Ensure that staffing and skill levels are maintained throughout operational hours by managing shift staffing schedules. Management of Application Support desk team activities. Acting as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received. Responsible for major incidents. Production of statistics and management reports. Representing the Application Support at meetings. Arranging staff training and awareness sessions. Performing briefings to Application Support staff on changes or deployments that may affect volumes at the Service Desk. Assisting analysts in providing first-line support when workloads are high, or where additional experience is required. Language Requirements: Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / Excellent Own a Car Any Have Driving License Any Job Skills: Graduation or above in Computer Science.4+ Years in Application Support and Development. Strong knowledge and experience in Tomcat, Web Skills, Application Servers, Unix, Shell Scripting, Internet and Intranet portals, MYSQL and Oracle. Good understanding of day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of ERP, integrations, and interfaces. Must be good in English language; Arabic is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to handle customers. ITIL processes knowledge (e.g., Incident, Change, and Problem Management) will be a plus point.
