Events Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Event Planning & Execution_
- Develop and execute event plans for a variety of projects, including product launches, immersive brand activations, and corporate events.
- Handle end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, staffing, and permits.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure events align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Activation Management_
- Conceptualize and deliver innovative brand activations tailored to target audiences, such as mall activations, influencer gatherings, and experiential campaigns.
- Source and manage on-ground teams, ensuring flawless execution of activations.
- Evaluate and refine activation concepts to ensure maximum audience impact and engagement.
- Stakeholder Management_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams during the planning and execution phases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring the quality of deliverables and seamless collaboration.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on event progress and deliverables.
- Budget Management_
- Prepare, track, and manage budgets for events and activations, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality services.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event coordination and brand activations, preferably in the GCC market.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events and deliver impactful activations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and vendors.
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required.
