We have an open role for PA to the CEO with a well-established Group in Bahrain.

**Looking for immediate joiners

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support the CEO with HR coordination.
- Facilitate recruitment activities.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executives.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desired Experience:

- Minimum of 7-8 year of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience supporting senior management is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bahraini nationals preferred.
