**JOB DESCRIPTION**

A Society - Project Coordinator is organized and self-motivated person who will be responsible for providing administrative duties, project management, and manages the society activities and memberships. The job requires excellent communication skills; ability to use a computer, office organization experience, good command of English, and **Arabic** is preferable. Previous experience in handling membership and/or an NGO is important.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point
- Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the organization.
- Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, action plans and monitoring processes.
- Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes on regular basis to the board.
- Ensures close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in grant agreements.
- Employs resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions.
- Implement Project action plans.
- Assist in Society activities and events
- Regular review of society plans agenda
- Encourage potential members to register/ supervise the master list of membership details and renewals
- Make sure all Society documentation is update and organized.
- Provide Administrative duties - Manage the office, company resources, organize file on SharePoint, arranging travel, develop and maintain templates.
- Facilitate regular flow of information and conduct research as required.
- Establish and maintain relationship with Members
- Perform other duties related to the project as assigned by management.
- Provide support to the management on issues delegated to her
- Demonstrated writing, reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact across a wide spectrum of people, as well as at the meeting table within board and government offices.
- Maturity and confidence in dealing with senior and high-ranking members of the board of directors and international institutions, government, and non-government.
- Coordinate the signing of agreements
- Maintain a register of all signed agreements
- Proper and secure filing of agreements
- Society Event Management
- PA duties to the CEO
- Handling the minutes of meetings for Society meetings
- Preparation and handling of Society Board meetings, including Minutes of meeting and post meeting follow ups with the board

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management in a development context
- Experience working in an NGO will be considered as an asset.
- Good understanding of the government procedures and policies for an NGO.
- Experience in Project Management and Administrative duties.
- Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with government, ICT companies, startups, and NGO partners.
- Experience in using basic project planning tools.
- Experience in government programs to support the ICT will be consider an asset
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate openness to change and ability to manage complexities
- Consistently approach work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
- Communication and networking
- Demonstrated writing, reporting and presentation skills.
