Job Requirements:
- Computer literate & Speak Hindi
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and effectively manages time.
- Strong Communication skills, skillful phone contact management and attentive listening
- Excellent verbal and written communications abilities
- Working knowledge of administrative role.
- Capable to work unsupervised and independently.
- Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to make a call to the clients to complete their pending payments.
- Compiling documents and maintaining client information databases.
- Keep track of client’s record accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
**Salary**: BD300.000 - BD350.000 per month
