**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project planning**: Work closely with project manager(s) and the accountant to develop a clear project scope and charter that provides a clear action plan, detailing resources, budgets, and timeframe for projects. Moreover, participate in meetings to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- **Project supervision and coordination**:Work closely with marketing strategists, graphic designers, video editors, and producers to develop and maintain a cohesive and smooth project workflow. Schedule regular meetings to ensure project tasks are communicated to all stakeholders, completed on time, and meet quality standards.
- **Project supervision**:Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and maintain a clear communication channel about current tasks, changes in deadlines, and deliverables.
- **Budget management**:Work closely with the accountant to monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects adhere to budgetary constraints.
- **Risk management**: Identify and evaluate potential problems and technical challenges in order to develop contingency plans to reduce their risk or mitigate their impact.
- **Process improvement**: Suggest and recommend new digital tools and innovative strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and project quality throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Business.
- **Experience**: Experience working in a client-centric or project-based organization is preferred. Experience in project management is desirable.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace is required.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Working Conditions**
- This position requires in-person attendance. Standard work hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- The workweek is Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday designated as days off.
