Executive Secretary/property Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of company properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
- Manage tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, resolving disputes, and addressing maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including lease agreements, financial transactions, and property-related documentation.
- Develop and manage budgets for property operations and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective property management.
- Stay updated on property management practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in both executive assistance and property management roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Proficient in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of property management software and tools.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to property management.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
