seeking talented Store Director for our Women's format store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability.
- Train and mentor team, providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
