**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working in payroll administration or a similar role.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time using our payroll software.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings, including taxes and benefits contributions.
- Liaise directly with line managers to resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, and obtain supervisory approval.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to payroll laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
