**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in an HR role within manufacturing or construction industry.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPD, or any SHRM/HRCI accredited certification) is a plus.
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and assist in the selection process.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Monitor and track employee performance and development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
- Assist in the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness in the market.
