Business Development

**You will lead our creative marketers in the following responsibilities**:
- Hunting and sourcing for new accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing client groups for future projects and growth
- Service existing clientele groups by ensuring that their goals & queries are addressed
- Continuously source and produce creative ideas through the identification of our clients' story and reflect such visions and values to their intended audience
- Excite and delight our clients' branding needs by planning and executing imaginative marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the director and video team on production matters
- Oversee the relevant departments that will be responsible for the fulfilment of marketing needs required from clients
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of content and strategies
- Approaching, planning, and coordinating promotional sales material to gain new clients and coordinate with the internal team.
- Preparing presentations (Different types of presentations: New Concepts, Service Reviews & Service Testing), business plans, and all commercial aspects.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with the clients, content providers, and partners dealing with Horizon agency.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Initiates manage, and follows up on negotiations and deal closure activities performed with the potential alliances for new businesses, as well as structuring the deal accordingly as the company goals of revenue and profit.
- Manage key customer relations by acting as a liaison between the company and its key customers, whether current or perspectives.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Minimally 5 years of experience in business development and have developed a good network of brands
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Business Administration, MBA is a plus.
- Someone who has experience being involved in media companies (video, client servicing, digital marketing, media experience)
- Excited to forge relationships with new partners and people through effective communication and organisational skills
- Passionate in leading a youthful and skilled marketing team to challenge the unexpected and scale up to greater heights
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Committed to meeting deadlines with high-quality results.

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Pay: From BD350.000 per month
