We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. Your primary focus will be to drive strategic growth by establishing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to align campaigns with business development goals. This role is a unique blend of strategy, relationship management, and marketing acumen.

**Business Development**
- Identify and secure new partnerships aligned with company objectives.
- Strategically explore new markets and channels.
- Conduct market research to discover new opportunities.
- Create compelling presentations for prospective partners.
- Optimize and report on the performance of existing relationships.

**Marketing Collaboration**
- Actively contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between marketing and business development activities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and proposals.
- Engage in brand-promoting activities targeted at current and future partners.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain departments to ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
- Coordinate joint marketing efforts with partners.

**Market Analysis**
- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform business and marketing strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Familiarity with aligning marketing campaigns to business objectives, and competent in market research.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
