- Assist in the development of new savory items based on customer demand and seasonal ingredients.
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a commissary or bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of savory food preparation, including canapés, pizza, kubba, vine leaves, and mini sandwiches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
