Hotel Receptionist

**Guest Services**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, room options, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
**Reservations and Front Desk Operations**
- Update guest information and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash or card transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
**Communication and Coordination**
- Liaise with other departments to address guest needs (e.g., special requests, room service).
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
**Safety and Compliance**
- Verify guest identities and adhere to security procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in hospitality is a plus).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
