**Jobs and Responsibilities**
- Identification, recruitment staff; develop route plan and implementation guidelines
- Complete responsibility of Administrative works in the Kindergarten
- Laisoning with the Government Departments
- Preparing the report on regular basis
- Implementing the ERP system resolve conflicts and other issue
- Coordination with external team and other partner agency
- Maintaining the HR of the staff
- Liaison with the franchise team for the implementation of guidelines
- Representing organizations at various public platforms
- Coordinating with the accounts team
- Coordinating for the admission inquiries with staff
- Coordinating for designing the action plan for Organization work
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, Carpenters, Transportation, plumbers)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage and coordinate for the Quality assurance of all departments, and reporting to Management and Ministry of Education
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Communicate with families for admission process and fees
- Supervise administrative employees
- Monitor CCTV checking on regular basis to Safeguarding / Child Protection and Staff Behaviour
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
