They are currently looking for a **Canapés Chef**to be based in Bahrain.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Prepare and assemble a variety of exquisite hot and cold canapés, amuse-bouches, hors d’oeuvres, and petit fours.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and artistic presentation for all canapés.
- Develop and execute innovative canapé menus tailored for events, VIP functions, and special occasions.
- Work with premium ingredients to create unique flavor combinations and visually striking presentations.

**Kitchen Operations & Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
- Adhere to HACCP regulations, ensuring strict hygiene and sanitation practices.

Monitor stock levels, properly label and store ingredients, and minimize food waste through portion control.
- Ensure the highest level of quality control, ensuring all dishes meet exacting standards.

**Collaboration & Creativity**:

- Work closely with the Head Chef and event planners to customize canapé menus based on themes, dietary requirements, and client preferences.
- Stay updated with global culinary trends, introducing fresh, creative canapé concepts regularly.
- Train and mentor junior staff or assistants in canapé preparation, presentation, and plating techniques.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Canapés Chef, Pastry Chef, or in a fine-dining, catering, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of both modern and classic canapé preparation techniques.
- Exceptional creativity in plating, garnishing, and flavor pairing for small bites.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent knife skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Passion for presentation and high-end culinary artistry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during high-profile events.

Pay: BD180.000 - BD200.000 per month
