Business Development Executive

You will work closely with our Manager to acquire and build successful customer relationships. You will be in charge of building long-term partnerships with key decision makers at large & Medium sized companies. You will be responsible for making WCM Agency the leading marketing agency in Bahrain by actively selling the products & services to prospective clients and partners, creating and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline as well as by becoming the ambassador for our company at the highest levels in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Work to grow WCM's base of clients.
- Be responsible for the entire sales funnel for the agency.
- Drive rapid growth to establish WCM as the market leader in Bahrain.

**Requirements**:
Academic Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
Required Skills And Experience
- An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
- Genuine passion for technology and the creative marketing industry
- Min 1+ years of commercial experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic
Preferred Skills
- Experience with selling marketing services or previous experience in a marketing company
- Familiarity with the advertising industry
- An understanding of sales, and or marketing management and development
- Additional relevant language skills
**Salary**: BD400.000 - BD1,200.000 per month
