**Job description**
A human resources secretary is responsible for assisting human resources directors and managers. The HR Assistant typically should have at least a high school diploma and be skilled in organizing, typing and multitasking. HR Assistant are deem to be reliable and trustworthy because HR Assistant come in contact with confidential information.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- LMRA/GOSI timely payments
- Staff Correspondence - Memos, Letters
- Maintain Expiry dates record of passport/CPR/Visa/Residence Permit
- All LMRA related works
- CPR - Renewal/update/new
- Staff personal record in HRMS
- All HR Forms
- Assistance to HR Manager
**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE FOR JOB**:
- **Excellent attention to detail while multitasking
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and typing
- Extremely strong organizational skill
- Ability to execute daily tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to exercise initiative, independent judgement
- Must be a self-starter who works with integrity while also being a strong team player
Required:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in same field.

Pay: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month
