**Description**:

- Update & enter information on the HRIS.
- Handle and contribute effectively in the recruitment process to deliver recruitment results matching expectations and standards.
- Handling written communications and following up on the paperwork completion between departments.
- Keep track of staff attendance and making sure that all details related to attendance, absenteeism and other entries are accurate.
- Review, update and maintain proper filing for all employees, as well as compiling and maintaining digital records.
- Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
- Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, contracts, performance appraisal, etc.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
- Provide support to address all enquiries and requests.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in the HR field.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Arabic and other languages are a plus.
