**Summary**:
Responsible of the efficient and effective delivery of reliable operations activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

3 - 5 years of work experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, lead and manage the operations functions in line with organisational missions & goals.
- Develop and ensure compliance with policies and procedures within area of responsibility.
- Develop an effective business model geared towards operational excellence
- Achieve a first-class customer experience by embedding quality and service standards, analysing and resolving issues, identifying trends and recommending process improvements;
- Lead, mentor and develop the customer service team with a view to continual improvement to be the best in the industry
- Translates the strategic goals into operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit;
- Control operational activities within the service area and ensure professional standards are maintained.
- Provide key support to the Chief Executive Officer in achieving the vision, mission and corporate objectives for the organisation.
- Engage with stakeholders, vendors, internal/external contacts and other staff members in line with work and business requirements.
- Handle strategic financial planning process and evaluate new and existing business opportunities.
- Analyse business strengths and weaknesses and work to minimise risks and maximise profits.
- Continuously seek to develop and improve business functions and processes to generate new streams of income.
- Provide financial reporting and presentation to management and update management and members on relevant service areas.
- Provide leadership, instruction and motivation to staff.
- Carry out staff performance management and appraisal and provide support to staff to enable them to meet job expectations.
- Identify, acquire, and manage resources necessary for each service area to fulfill its goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports as necessary.
- Any additional tasks as necessary.

- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel/Word/Outlook, and access;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff, groups and projects;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
- Excels at operating in a fast pace and diverse workplace;
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and Collaborative work style;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Solid organizational, time management and complex problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: From BD1,300.000 per month
