Sales Rep

Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public according to company's standards and policies.
- Clean and maintain work areas in an organized and safe condition.
- Work within changing shift times and rotating overtime schedule.
- Report any policy, standard and procedure violations to the related superior or his superior manager.
- Monitor, prevent and report any theft attempts and incidents.

- Follow and achieve sales target on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Comply with all hygiene, safety and maintenance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor and report on market & buying trends, new products/services, customer needs, competitors.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase sales, increase market share, and reduce expenses.
- Greet and smile to customers who enter or leave the stores.
- Monitor and report any display shortage, out of stock and near expiry products to store supervisor.
- Prevent display shortage, out of stock, and near expiry products.
- Approach and assist customers who enter the stores.
- Perform cross selling and up selling techniques.
- Report customer complaints to store supervisor or customer service team.
- Report any potential safety issues, maintenance, or repair requirements to location supervisor.
- Aware of all company on going promotions, advertising campaigns and events
- Assist other staff when needed.
- Report any potential health or behavioral problems involving the animals to the store supervisor.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and reconcile with POS system.
- Transfer POS cash in hand to the designated area following company standards.
- Ensure adequate change availability in cash drawers.
- Generate the reports by the end of the shift.
- Have full knowledge of all products, services, brand names, and product location on shelves.
- Report product discrepancies, damages, and problems to the superior and merchandising team.
- Ensure the correct discount guidelines are followed.
