Furnishing all BRC rubber & engineering related products & Services estimation and costings

Prepare enquires and coordinate with Purchasing, project manager/ product manager and GM for item rates

Prepare complete the estimations for production and compare with JOC and SO for job confirmed.

Record, escalate and follow up for all closures of customer complaints related to productions and services.

Should keep the traceability of the usage / consumption of Raw material, Equipment / machinery on each Productions & Services JO’s, compare with the initial approved estimations & if there any variations then to be informed GM, should prepare the monthly Reports on the same for GM.

Ensure correct and complete production as per various job requirements and coordinate with respective sales managers/ executives if there is any kind of variations.

Follow up for job completion and delivery as per the estimation

Log all incoming RFQ, (production & Service related) Estimations

Coordinate with suppliers when required

Complete documentation of submittals for projects in Consultation with QC Manager for technical bid

For projects related RFQ, get full Details of project and such drawings etc. and Estimate Manhours, Raw materials Other expenses as well as any warranty and exclusions before forwarding for preparing the quote

Should monitor and update to GM On going JO’s / WO’s periodical production cost and other projects as well
