Inventory Controller

**Job Requirements**
- High school graduate, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in finished goods.
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the inventory of finished blocks to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain high accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels accordingly.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data and generate detailed reports to provide insights and recommendations for inventory management improvements.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory processes and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Utilize inventory management software and systems to monitor and manage inventory in real-time.
- Train and mentor junior inventory staff on inventory management practices and standard operating procedures.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices in inventory management.
