**Guest Relation Officer**
First impressions are everything As a Guest Relation, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

**What you will be doing**:

- Helps encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly, personalised relationships
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
- Handles any guest remarks and provides a response as soon as possible

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded
- Good presentation and confident speaking skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
