Administrator(Bahraini)

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our restaurant group and oversee the office work for all locations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions, managing the office staff, and providing support to the executive team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the office staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure the office is properly supplied and equipped with necessary equipment and materials.
- Manage the restaurant group's accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Work with the executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Organize and maintain employee records, including attendance, vacation, and sick days.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging catering and transportation.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Manage the petty cash and office budget, keeping accurate records and reporting to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams of 5 or more people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including accounts payable and receivable, inventory management, and payroll administration is a plus.
**Salary**: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month
