**About the Role**:
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all aspects of employee payroll. This includes ensuring compliance with company regulations, maintaining employee records, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. You will be a key part of ensuring our team gets paid accurately and on time, every time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll, including calculating regular pay, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Process employee payroll including the base salary, overtime, incentive & commissions, and other forms of compensation.
- Liaise with other departments to collect data related to payroll.
- Validates the veracity of data collected from departments.
- Ensures the accuracy of payroll calculations.
- Maintain employee payroll records and documentation, including employees on leave, left the company and new joiners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the payroll system
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Respond to employee inquiries about payroll matters
- Assist the HR department with new hire onboarding and terminations
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 0 _ 2 years of experience in payroll administration
- Strong understanding of payroll principles and practices
- Proficiency in payroll processing software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
