**Executive Housekeeper**

**What you will be doing**:

- To manage in the absence of the Director of Security/Security Manager, the department according to the established concept statement providing a safe, secured, courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service always, following Hotel Standards of Performance.
- You check the arrivals, departures and special attention guest reports and prepare the rooms accordingly. You also conduct inspections in guestrooms to ensure all brand standards are being exceeded.
- You prepare all staff working schedules for the department through the weekly forecast and allocate these to staff appropriately.
- As Executive Housekeeper, you are responsible for preparing, controlling, and analyzing the housekeeping budget, in relation to occupancy and departmental expenses.
- You oversee the selection, training, and development of all Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth.
- You are in constant contact with the other departments and ensure that information circulates smoothly between them.
- Your responsibilities are included but not limited to this job description as this has been drafted as a guide to the purpose and main duties of the role as it currently exists. The hotel relies on the flexibility of its staff to ensure the continuity of the high standards currently being achieved.
