**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for communicating with clients, explaining relevant services, processing requests and reservations, and recording records
- Provide exceptional services to callers and guets
- Prepare and execute action plans to support service excellence, securing clients, and support revenue growth
- Review clients details by ensuring customer attendance, follow-ups and support.
- Identify growth opportunities
- Receiving and resolving complaints, and de-escalating any issues that may arise.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable, and has a passion towards providing exceptional high standard support to customers
- Excellent attention to details, good planning and organising skills
- Ability to resolve issues as they arise
