- Cold Calls, meeting clients & assisting senior team.
- Prior experience selling IT Products/IT services a must for this job or else will be rejected.
- Daily generation of qualified leads and do meeting with them for HRMS software product and other IT services.
- Bring new customers based on monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Responsible to achieve assigned targets monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Account management with existing clients post AMC,Revenue collection, Followups for payments.
- Conduct calls to prospective clients and set appointments, demo of product.
- Offer products and services to qualified clients through demos.
- Handle sales process from prospecting through close and understand process.
- Build and document sales activities in sheet and document activities.
- Prepare and engage in business development team status meetings.
- Coordinate with management regarding revenue targets, achievements, collections.

**Requirements**:

- Driving License with Bahrain license mandatory.
- Joining should be immediate
- Education Qualification: Graduate preferably in IT
- Must be Outspoken & Presentable
- Fluency in English. Arabic language will be plus
- Bring new customers based on monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Company Car will be provided for daily sales calls.

**Salary**: BD250.000 - BD260.000 per month

**Experience**:

- Business Developments: 2 years (required)
- IT Sales: 1 year (required)
