We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in the compliance and identity verification solutions market. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and deliver tailored regulatory solutions. Represent FACEKI at industry events, including fintech roadshows, to boost brand visibility and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities: Growth & Sales: Develop strategies to expand market share in Bahrain/GCC. Manage pipeline, close enterprise deals, and exceed quarterly targets. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to refine products and ensure client success. Industry Engagement: Drive brand awareness via fintech roadshows, conferences, and thought leadership content. Requirements:4+ years of experience in business development, compliance solutions, in the Bahrain and GCC markets. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Compliance, or related field. Proven track record in enterprise sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
