Job Description:
The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining brand image. In this position, you will lead a team of store associates, drive sales growth, and ensure operational compliance while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Manage and develop the store team to maximize profitability and maintain brand image.
- Ensure operational compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with support teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or high school certificate with a qualification in retail-related field (an added advantage).
- Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience in a management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
