We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee the quality assurance team and ensure products meet quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and ability to supervise daily quality control processes, conduct inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality control processes, perform inspections, and conduct audits.
- Define supplier expectations and objectives, assisting staff in their roles.
- Lead internal product audits and resolve nonconformities, supporting plant and supplier-level troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze product data to identify areas for improvement and reduce defect risk.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality documentation procedures.
- Promote a safe working environment in quality control areas, adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with quality management systems and quality control methodologies
