Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level technical assistance to facilitate the smooth running of IT operations;
- Offer expert advice, training, and resolution of user problems in a timely and efficient manner;
- Support users in the use of computer equipment and software applications;
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues via ticketing system or email;
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot enterprise applications;
- Interact and support various computer platforms in a multi-layered client-server environment;
- Troubleshoot network connectivity in LAN/WAN/WLAN environments;
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office;
- Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot, and restore personal computers and netbooks;
- Provide support on IP telephones, conference room setup with interactive TV and projector;
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user problems and complaints;
- Manage and support new technologies as adopted by the business;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the internal IT manager or required by the organization;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and networking concepts;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies;
