As a seasoned Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for planning, estimation, and execution. We are seeking an experienced professional who has managed or led teams of software engineers, demonstrated high-quality software engineering knowledge in areas such as Linux system architecture, boot process, Java/GCC/Python/Rust/Go toolchains, ARM, and RISC-V. Engagement with open-source communities and processes is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to facilitate technical delivery, and drive their team towards strategic objectives. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional leadership teams to ensure alignment on product architecture and roadmaps.
