Job Description

As a Solution Advisor, you will work closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions.

  • Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations
  • Deliver software demonstrations that help customers understand SAP's unique value proposition
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Successfully completing a 10-month program that strengthens your foundation for a successful customer-facing career
  2. Participating in experiential learning opportunities and acquiring a wide variety of business, industry, and SAP solution skills
  3. Receiving on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor colleague

You will have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge of SAP and gain hands-on experience working with emerging and cutting-edge technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes
  • Exposure to relevant technologies and solutions
  • Customer-facing skills
  • Strong complex problem-solving skills
  • A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships
  • A strong ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments
  • Proficiency in English to engage with our global network
