Job Opportunity:

Welcoming and managing reservations for a luxurious spa is the core responsibility of this role.

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a personalized welcome experience.
  • Efficiently manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-up calls using the spa reservation system.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of spa treatments, wellness products, and promotions to guide guests accordingly.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly, ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping.
  • Maintain impeccably clean, tranquil, and well-stocked reception and waiting areas.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests.
  • Coordinate with therapists and attendants to manage schedules and services.
  • Promote retail products and contribute to meeting sales targets.
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards at all times.
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and discretion.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa software, strong organizational abilities, and a warm personality.
