Spa Therapist

Our luxury spa is seeking a skilled and professional therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and provide personalized service. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain high standards of service and professionalism, and be flexible in assisting with related areas and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver treatments to the highest standards, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide warm greetings, use guests' names during interactions, and offer tailored recommendations for spa services and products.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and facilities in pristine condition, adhering to cleanliness, hygiene, and security protocols.
  • Support reception duties, scheduling, and guest greeting as required, while demonstrating flexibility in assigned tasks.
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on new techniques, treatments, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and fire regulations are followed, reporting any concerns immediately.
  • Review guest medical questionnaires before treatments, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Achieve sales and service targets set by management.
Requirements
  • Certified for massage and beauty treatments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong English command, and knowledge of local language an advantage.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work a flexible schedule.
