We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Guest Service Agents, Operators, and Bell Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations Management - Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Team Leadership - Assign tasks, instruct, and motivate staff to achieve high standards in guest service.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution - Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Pre-Shift Meetings - Prepare and conduct daily pre-shift meetings to ensure staff are aware of daily goals, tasks, and priorities.
  • Special Requests - Respond promptly to guest requests for supervisors or managers.
