About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Food Production & Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of food preparation and quality control across our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Develop standardized recipes, production guidelines, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage daily kitchen operations, train staff to adhere to company policies, and optimize workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Procure raw materials, manage inventory control, and establish relationships with suppliers to minimize waste.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline production processes, monitor kitchen budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to develop new menu items, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certified in relevant fields (HACCP, etc.).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in food production or kitchen management roles in the café/restaurant industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in kitchen management software and POS systems.
