Client Portfolio Specialist

The Role: As a Client Portfolio Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing client portfolios, providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their financial goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios, analyzing market trends and making informed investment decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on wealth management products and services, ensuring that clients receive the best possible guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business results and exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in wealth management products and services, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice.
Key Objectives:
  • Grow client portfolios through informed investment decisions and tailored advice.
  • Increase client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Stay ahead of competitors in terms of product offerings, service quality, and market knowledge.
  • Deliver business results and exceed client expectations.
Qualification:
  • Certifications: CFA or FAP Certified.
  • 5+ years of successful business practice in client relationship management in the banking industry, with relevant depth of experience in financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multicultural awareness and sensitivity, and ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • A team player with good initiatives and assertiveness.
  • Proven track record in business goal management.
  • Make effective business decisions independently, based on sound financial and business principles.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in building and managing cross-border business.
  • Superior knowledge of wealth management products and financial markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and core banking/asset products system knowledge.
  • Strong product knowledge of assets and liability products, operations, and processes.
  • Possess diverse investment and market views to offer a concise and consolidated view of events, enabling appropriate recommendations and guidance to clients.
  • A self-motivated individual keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills to meet evolving job requirements.
