Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team in expanding our presence in the Indian wedding market. As a key player in this dynamic and multicultural environment, you will be responsible for developing strategies to target the Indian wedding market and position Sofitel Bahrain as the preferred destination for couples planning their dream weddings.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Focusing on India for Business Development.
  2. Supporting the overall wedding team with its day-to-day operations.
  3. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to target the Indian wedding market.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with event planners, wedding coordinators, and other industry stakeholders.
  5. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the Indian wedding market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on the Indian wedding market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian wedding traditions, customs, and preferences.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
