Effective MEP Inspection is a critical component of any construction or infrastructure project. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of ELV, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems during installation and commissioning.
  • Review and verify MEP-related drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance and non-conformance issues, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and inspection records, utilizing data to inform future project decisions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction or MEP projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards and local regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
