Job Overview

This role involves leading and managing HR and operations functions to ensure effective implementation of policies and processes.

  • Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, contracts, leave tracking, and offboarding for all staff members
  • Maintaining compliance with labor laws, government registrations, and renewals
  • Preparing periodic reports for senior management review
Main Responsibilities
  • IDentifying process gaps and implementing improvements across HR, operations, and administrative functions
  • Coordinating internal events, training programs, and staff engagement initiatives
  • Serving as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
  • Handling general office administration tasks, including managing supplies and inventory, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing correspondence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and operations with a proven track record
  • Professional certification in HR is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
