At LxbfYeaa, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives in the financial services and investment sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and communication for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently, utilizing effective time-management skills to meet deadlines.

  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including briefing materials and follow-up documentation, demonstrating excellent organizational and written communication abilities.

  • Conduct research and analysis relevant to investment and financial services to support decision-making, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining a professional and trustworthy work environment.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, partners, and team members, fostering open communication and collaboration.

  • Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with project managers, ensuring seamless project execution.

  • Facilitate communication between various departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 8 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a proven track record of success in the financial services or investment industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with experience working with project management tools and techniques a plus.
