
Administrative Support Specialist for Operations Excellence

Job Description:
To ensure seamless operations and efficient administrative support, we seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to maintain accurate records and timely communication.
- Organize schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and booking of boardrooms to maximize productivity.
- Assist in the development and administration of various programs, preparing reports, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, including internal and external communication, utilizing effective methodologies to provide exceptional support.
- Support the creation of reports, collecting and analyzing data, generating write-ups, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality in high-pressure environments.
Requirements:
- Secretarial or Commercial Studies Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
