Streamline and Accelerate Open Source Adoption

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team.

Our mission is to drive the adoption of open source across the global enterprise technology market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success by owning, driving, communicating, and respectfully engaging all stakeholders.

Within a portfolio of projects with complex and evolving software technologies, customer and partner satisfaction depends on exceptional Project Managers who know how to respect and engage all stakeholders.

  • Ensure programs and projects are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, budget, and resource expectations.
  • Support the identification of key technical and project risks and issues, and actively implementing mitigating actions.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and work with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Assist in conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers.
  • Support the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables for the project.
  • Advocate to customers the appropriate technologies from our portfolio.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A solid academic background in science, software engineering, or information technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills during their academic career.
